Marriage & Family Therapy
Serving couples, individuals and children, I offer brief, solution-focused, short term therapy with specific goals in mind.
Because Marriage & Family Therapy is short term in nature, studies show that clients are highly satisfied with their services. Over 98 percent of clients of Marriage & Family therapists report their therapy services as "good" or "excellent".
Typically, Marriage & Family therapists have a Master's or PhD in Marriage & Family Therapy and an average of 15 years of clinical practice.
They are recognized as a "core" mental health profession, along with psychiatry, psychology, social work and psychiatric nursing.

Costs & Treatment Packages
Costs: 150 euros for a 50 minute session.
​
During the first counseling session a treatment plan is discussed, clients can decide if they want to move forward with treatment or not. Many times just a few sessions are needed.
Typically clients commit to 1-4 months of counseling. By the end of therapy, they have the skills to
continually improve and maintain their progress on their own.

Insurance--"Out-of-Network"
​​
I am not a provider for any insurance plan. My services are considered "out-of-network" and my clients pay "out-of-pocket".
Important--If you want reimbursement, please ask your insurance company if you can use "out-of-network" therapists, what type of diagnosis is needed, and how much they will reimburse you before starting our counseling sessions.
Some insurance companies will cover up to 70-80% of the full counseling fee, but many do not. Please check with your insurance company before starting therapy to find out if they will cover some of your therapy costs.
If you want to request reimbursement from your insurance company, after four sessions I provide a diagnosis and summary of services to submit to your insurance company.

Please note that WGKK E-Card only covers counseling services for those with a diagnosis of severe, chronic mental illness, ie: schizophrenia, schizoid personality disorder etc. None of my clients are considered chronically mentally ill.

Scheduling & Payment

Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular time slots fill up very quickly, so it is recommended to schedule in advance.

As scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis, your payment locks in your time slot and reserves that specific time slot for you.
Skype Sessions
For sessions via Skype, payment is made prior to the therapy session via Erste Bank.
​
1) Please write the date of your therapy session on your bank transfer slip.
2) Once the payment is made, please email a copy of your bank confirmation slip to the therapist.
3) Payment confirmation is required to schedule the desired time slot and counseling session.
Please note a 48 hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise the client is responsible for the full counseling fee of 150 Euros.
